Do placement teeth look natural?

How long will a dental implant last?
Dental implants are designed to permanently replace your missing teeth. By taking care of your implant just like you would your natural teeth (daily brushing and flossing, regular visits to the dentist), you can expect your implant to last a lifetime. Of course, some accidents or illness may impact the bone to which your implant is attached, which could potentially lessen the lifespan of your replacement.
Is everyone a good candidate for dental implants?

What happens if I break a tooth?

I don’t live in Forsyth County. Can I get new teeth in one day?
No. Before we can attach the crown to the top of your implant, the titanium anchor and your bone must properly fuse together. Recovery time varies by person, but most people fully recover between 3 and 6 months.
Do I have to continue routine cleanings to maintain a brilliant smile and healthy mouth?
Yes. Our doctor recommends that you continue to receive regular dental cleanings and exams after receiving a dental implant. These exams help us monitor the stability and health of your implant and oral health. Should any problems arise, routine visits help us catch and treat them early on.
